新型充气式空心楼盖芯模的生产设备、芯模结构功能及其特色

摘要

为了加快推广已经开始产业化的新型模盒在混凝土空心楼盖中的应用,本文阐述了自行研发并领跑于世界的充气式模盒--第五代芯模的研发背景、拥有自主知识产权的现场制备技术和第五代芯模系列新产品特色;第五代芯模是针对同类产品存在的缺点进行创新优化后形成的先进产品,拥有独特的结构与功能。文中在给出了其配套制备装置的基础上,阐述了第五代芯模系列产品结构类型、功能,及其在产品质量、施工劳动量、成本和便利性上的优势。第五代芯模为多年创新研究的成果,产品种类丰富,制备体系成熟,具备多方面突出的综合优势,应用前景诱人。本文将为推广第五代芯模在建造节能绿色环保现代建筑中的应用起到积极的推进作用,也为后续在空心楼盖领域的深入研究抛砖引玉。

Abstract

In order to accelerate the promotion of the void former that has started industrialization in hollow floor areas, this paper describes the R&D background of the fifth-generation inflatable void former, field preparation technology and its mechanical characteristics, which is developed by ourselves and leading the world. The fifth-generation of void former is an advanced product with a unique structure and functions, which has been innovated and optimized to overcome the shortcomings of similar products. In this paper, based on its supporting preparation device, the structure type and function of the fifth-generation void former series products are described, and their advantages in terms of product quality, construction labor, cost and convenience. The fifth-generation void former is the result of many years of innovative research, with a series of products and a mature preparation technique, which has many outstanding comprehensive advantages and attractive application prospects. This paper will play a positive role in promoting the application of the fifth-generation void former in the construction of energy-saving, green and environment-friendly modern buildings, and will also contribute to the subsequent in-depth research in the field of hollow core building cover.
